How to Recover Deleted Contacts

Method 1: Google Account Sync

If you have contact sync enabled:

1. Visit contacts.google.com on computer
2. Sign in with your Google account
3. Click "More" on left side > "Undo changes"
4. Select restore point (up to 30 days back)

Method 2: Import from SIM Card

If contacts are stored on SIM card:

1. Open "Contacts" app
2. Go to "Settings" > "Import/Export"
3. Select "Import from SIM card"

Method 3: Use Professional Recovery Software

1. Download and install Baicha Data Recovery Master
2. Connect Android phone to computer
3. Select "Contacts" type to scan
4. Preview and recover contacts
5. Export recovered contacts as VCF format
