How to Request an Invoice

Invoice Types
- Electronic General Invoice: For personal users, fast processing
- VAT Special Invoice: For business users, tax deductible
Request Steps
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Order History"
- Find the order and click "Request Invoice"
- Fill in invoice title, tax ID, etc.
- Select invoice type
- Submit request
Processing Time
- Electronic general invoice: 1-3 business days
- VAT special invoice: 3-5 business days
Important Notes
- Default invoice title is account holder name, can be changed
- Business users ensure tax ID is correct
- Invoices cannot be modified after issuance
